We are looking for a detail-oriented HRIS Specialist to join our HR team. This role is responsible for processing HR transactions and managing employee requests through our HR ticketing system and HRIS platform. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and committed to accuracy, data integrity, and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process employee separations, status changes, and transfers in both the HRIS and ticketing systems
  • Review and verify that all requests include complete and correct documentation (e.g., offer letters, approvals)
  • Manage and respond to HR tickets daily, ensuring timely and accurate resolution
  • Follow up on open or pending tickets to ensure issues are resolved on time
  • Work closely with HR team members to improve workflows and increase efficiency
  • Assist with generating HR reports and reviewing data to support HR decisions
  • Provide responsive and professional support to employees and managers with HRIS-related questions

Qualifications

  • Experience using HRIS systems
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Able to handle sensitive and confidential information responsibly
  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Quick learner, especially with new systems and applications

Experience

  • Experience supporting an HR department for a U.S.-based company is preferred, but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php35,000.00 per month
