The Position: We’re looking for an HR Lead position.


  • Must possess a Bachelor’s/College degree.
  • At least 5 years of working experience in an HR-related role.
  • Ability to foster and maintain relationships
  • Organizational skills with the ability to manage numerous projects and priorities at once
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, multitasking while keeping the focus on the goal
  • Ability to take the extra mile
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build relationships with employees, candidates, and internal all levels of stakeholders.
  • Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.


  • Lead and drive HR matters in all areas of the employee life cycle (recruitment, employee relations, performance & talent management, compensation & benefits, performance management, training and development, etc.).
  • Managing end-to-end and recruitment process of the hiring needs from across departments.
  • Partner with management to ensure strategic HR plans are aligned with business initiatives.
  • Ensure the execution of performance and talent management processes - meaningful performance evaluation experience.
  • Ensuring that the compensation and benefits policies in place succeed in attracting, motivating, and retaining employees.
  • Create and maintain Learning and Development programs that benefit employees.
  • Maintaining and reporting on workplace health and safety compliance.
  • Supervising the payroll and HR admin process - ensuring its timeliness, cost-effectiveness, and quality by means of periodic reviews.
  • Ensure office efficiency and oversee day-to-day office activities.
  • Processing of bills, invoices and managing office budgets.
  • Implement, revise, and enforce HR policies and procedures in alignment with the organization’s goals and government laws.
  • Execute employee engagement events

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Php47,000.00 - Php67,000.00 per month
