Atlas Rosetta (https://atlas-rosetta.com) is an international branding and technology venture builder consultancy. Headquartered in the UK, the branding arm of our business deals with website and web application design, crafting and designing of the brand look and feel, and creating all manner of advertising material companies may need. Our technology arm provides product management, marketing, design and engineering services. Our team is based across the UK, Europe, Asia, and North America. We help clients with tackling problems head-on, creating smart, innovative, and beautiful solutions and strategies to push growth.
We are looking for a graphic designer to join our marketing department and provide creatives to help achieve our goals. Ultimately, you will work with the marketing team to ensure all client brand materials are delivered on time and with high quality standards. Candidates should be prepared to work in a fast-paced work environment with many growth opportunities for you to explore and grow. This position will involve working closely with multiple members of the team, especially working with the social media manager and account manager to implement and manage social media accounts. Candidates must be comfortable working in a fluid, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Produce quality work and meeting client deliverables
- Attend client meetings with Accounts Managers to understand the work needed
- Build look and feel of brands
- Prepare work to be accomplished by gathering information and materials
- Plan concepts by studying information and materials
- Produce and edit work for various media formats
- Prepare artwork for print or digital use correctly
- Complete projects by coordinating with outside agencies, art services, printers, etc
- Be able to understand the overall brand concept set and execute designs based on set brand guidelines
- Maintain technical knowledge by attending design workshops; reviewing professional publications; and participating in professional societies
Requirements
- Must be a self-starter
- Be creative
- Able to produce original ideas
- Must be able to use Adobe programmes
- After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, Bonus: Adobe XD,
- Have basic knowledge of Microsoft programmes
- Must have understanding of common marketing material best practices (eg, press ads, standees, pillar wraps etc)
- Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
- Knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram and other social media best practices
- Must be fluent in English
