We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Administrative Specialist to support our team and ensure seamless operations. This role is pivotal in maintaining efficient workflows and delivering top-notch customer service.
Job Responsibilities:
- Efficiently process cancellation requests and ensure accuracy, generate invoices promptly and maintain thorough records.
- Input data meticulously for accurate reporting and analysis, produce reports covering various operational areas as needed.
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, participate in audit processes to guarantee accuracy and compliance.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in administrative tasks.
- Committed working for a project-based contract of 6 months, onsite in Ortigas, Pasigc City for an early shift since this is for an Australian client.
- Proficient in Microsoft Applications and other software for administrative.
- Excellent communication skills.
