We are looking for an enthusiastic team member who would like to take responsibilities and grow with our team. Data Analyst will work extensively with Operations and Sales to provide insight into performance and trends. As a fast growing real estate company, we are seeking someone who will thrive in a fast paced and evolving environment.
Areas of work cover, but not limited to:
1. List Pulling & Scrubbing
2. Skip Tracing
3. CRM Management
4. Property Research
- Support business needs by leveraging analytical and reporting tools to gather, interpret and present data into an easy to understand format.
- Create informative, actionable and repeatable reporting that highlights relevant business trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Conduct exploratory analysis and data visualization.
- Interpret, evaluate and interrelate research data and develop integrated business analyses and projections for incorporation into strategic decision-making.
Communication Skills: Must speak English fluently. Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of company; be 100% responsible for the effectiveness of your peer to peer communications.
Technical Skills: Highly efficient with Google Docs and all Microsoft Office Applications, VBA, Excel, SQL, Wordpress, Podio, Python,Tableau, R etc.
Management: Must have 1+ years’ experience with IT and/or Quantitative skills ; willingness and desire to take ownership; able to take direction AND work independent of management.
Salary: Salary plus bonus, but depending on experience and drive
Computer Requirements: 8 gigs of RAM.

Pay: Php60,000.00 - Php90,000.00 per month
