Registered Electrical Engineer – Revit Design and Modeling (REE)

We are seeking a skilled Registered Electrical Engineer (REE) and experienced Revit Designer with experience supporting electrical engineering designs for commercial building applications. The ideal candidate will assist in developing detailed electrical drawings and models related to power distribution, lighting systems, access control, and data infrastructure. This role works closely with electrical engineers, architects, and project teams to produce coordinated, code-compliant electrical designs using Revit, AutoCAD, and other design tools.

The successful candidate will have strong drafting skills, knowledge of electrical systems, and familiarity with U.S. electrical codes and standards used in commercial construction.

Additionally, the candidate must have a strong written and verbal communication in English as it requires close coordination with our U.S.-based design teams.

Responsibilities:

• Create detailed electrical drawings and Revit models for commercial building projects.
• Draft and model electrical power distribution systems, including panel schedules, equipment layouts, and wiring diagrams.
• Develop lighting layouts for interior and exterior spaces, supporting lighting calculations and energy-efficient design strategies.
• Assist in drafting access control systems, security systems, and fire alarm systems, ensuring alignment with project requirements and applicable codes.
• Support the design and layout of data and telecommunications infrastructure, including structured cabling and equipment rooms.
• Produce construction documents, schematics, and electrical details using Revit, AutoCAD, or similar design software.
• Coordinate electrical models with architectural, mechanical, and structural disciplines to avoid conflicts.
• Update drawings and models based on engineer markups and project revisions.
• Assist with electrical system documentation, schedules, and specifications.
• Support the engineering team during project development and coordination meetings.
• Maintain organized project files and ensure drawings meet project standards and code requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or any related field.
• Proven experience as an Electrical Drafter or Electrical Revit Drafter, preferably in commercial building projects.
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD for electrical drafting and modeling.
• Basic understanding of electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, and low-voltage systems.
• Familiarity with U.S. electrical codes and standards (e.g., NEC, NFPA, IES) is preferred.
• Experience producing construction drawings and coordinated BIM models.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret engineering markups and design intent.
• Good communication and collaboration skills to work within a multidisciplinary team.
• Knowledge of BIM coordination and electrical design workflows is a plus.
• Experience supporting commercial building electrical projects is highly desirable.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Registered Electrical Engineer (preferred)
• Experience with BIM coordination and clash detection tools (Navisworks or similar).
• Familiarity with energy-efficient and sustainable electrical design practices.
• Experience working with electrical engineering consulting firms or construction design teams.

Pay: Php45,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month
