The client is a privately owned, Sydney-based commercial construction company completing projects across New South Wales, with offices also located in Newcastle and Wollongong. Specializing in education, corporate, retail, aged care/retirement living, and government projects
Qualifications and Experience
3+ years of construction bid coordination and tendering experience.
Proven track record with a leading contractor, demonstrating career longevity.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in tendering and project management software.
Solid understanding of WHS, Quality, and Environmental compliance.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
