DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Community Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and goals. Prepares proposals that reflect the needs of the prospective client to close accounts. Facilitate renewal of accounts and solutions upselling from calls, presentation meetings, negotiation and contract closing. Participate in networking events that can increase awareness of TalentView and its solutions. Align with the marketing team on external communications and events
- Account Management: Create growth strategies to expand services or cross-sell solutions from other TalentView towers. Work with the marketing team to develop client documents that are aligned to the TalentView brand. Coordinate projects in cases where external partners are tapped to work with TalentView. As part of a stretch role, learn sales techniques leading to a business development role
- Analysis and Reporting: Conduct in-depth analysis of research data, prepare comprehensive reports, and present findings to clients, identifying opportunities for improvement. Provide training and ongoing support to clients in utilizing research tools and interpreting insights.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Educational background: BA/BS degree required, or other relevant advanced degree preferred
- Technical skills required: MS Office suites (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint)
- Excellent written and oral communication, negotiation, customer-focused, sales, presentation
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams.
