Duties and Responsibilities:Community Management

  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with customer executive sponsors and help them translate their Workplace and employer brand vision into execution
  • Gain a deep insight on employee experience platform engagement activities and connect conversations to the objectives of the customer
  • Manage and maintain the customers relationship, ensuring that all customers attain a high level of adoption and business value from using Workplace and Employer Branding Activations
  • Prepare presentations and documents that can help clients with their talent acquisition and recruitment deliverables internally
  • Conceptualize strategies for clients to increase account claim rate and participation from employees
  • Analyze data from multiple sources leading to strategic and tactical client recommendations
  • Establish measurable goals and KPIs for your customer accounts and drive a plan to completion
  • Present findings and reports both to internal and external clients

Engage, ‘Wow’ Customers, and Project Management

  • Lead the creative process in creating campaigns, brand guidelines, and activation content leading to the actual execution
  • Help manage company-wide implementation and activation activities on the Workplace within small to enterprise organizations ensuring a high level of adoption
  • Manage the content calendar for Workplace and Employer Branding Activation clients and work with the delivery team to ensure all assets and content are connected to objectives and completed in a timely manner
  • Conducts quality checks on creative executions related to images, content, and advertisements to ensure these are all aligned with the brand guidelines of the client
  • Ensure project management excellence and that the needs of accounts are delivered on time and monitored on a regular basis
  • Align with the internal team members on external communications and events
  • Recommend process improvements to ensure alignment with best practices and outcomes desired by the client
  • Deliver inspiring presentations and trainings, provide insightful practices, and creative structure solutions
  • Navigate through multiple departments within an organization to build use cases and business value of Workplace and Employer Branding Activations
  • Adapt quickly to product changes and nuances, and communicate these strategies to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with Workplace and Client Services team members in project execution and creation of activation concepts
  • Conduct regular surveys and collect feedback information
  • Streamline TalentView resources to work efficiently with clients who are on the platform and coordinate directly with Facebook APAC/ Singapore office
  • Ensures that project milestones and deadlines are met for multiple projects handled

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree holder of Organizational Communication, Business Administration, and other relevant courses
  • With two (2) years or less of relevant experience
  • Skills: Project management, content planning, data analytics, excellent verbal and written communication, attention to detail, adaptability
  • Able to work remotely with a stable internet connection and a conducive workspace
