Full job description

RESPONSIBILITIES: 40 hours a week - US Production Hours

Posting invoices to QuickBooks and Fishbowl

Code Divvy (credit card) transactions and document receipts

Process and post customer refunds

Assist with payment processors

Process Vendor Returns and post credits

Manage accounting emails

Vendor Management (on-boarding, documents, etc.)

Manage vendor portals

Assist in PayPal vendor payment postings

Monthly vendor statement audits

Monthly Extend (warranty) audits

Assist with month/year end tasks

Other accounting tasks as needed

Qualifications:

With CSR experience

1-3 years of Accounts Payable experience

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

Proficient QuickBooks

Proficient in Excel

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

FishBowl and SAP experience a plus
