Job Qualification:

  • Graduate of BS Accountancy or any related business courses
  • At least 1-4 years of work experience in Billing/Accounting field
  • With relevant work experience in Logistics/Freight forwarding company is a plus
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications, Advanced knowledge in MS Excel
  • Strong analytical skills, can work with minimal supervision, and organized
  • Willing to work onsite in Malate, Manila

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide on time billing and maintain the accuracy of all the invoices to meet the client demands and requirements
  • Analyze and prepare monthly reports and documents
  • Responsible in printing of SOA/INV-VAT and sending all the invoices to all clients according to required timeline.
  • Assist in preparation of payment request
  • Verifies completeness and accuracy of shipping cost and other related expenses.
  • Assist collection of payments of clients

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

  • 13th month salary
  • Overtime pay
