The Position: We’re looking for an Accounting Executive
This is an exciting opportunity for you to learn about the processes behind running a company. You’ll be working on a wide range of issues, which provide a good learning experience to hone your skills. You will need strong writing skills, logical thinking skills, attention to detail, and high fluency in English.

Responsibilities:
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
- Sending client invoices
- Manage all accounting transactions
- Publish financial statements on time
- Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
- Ensure timely bank payments
- Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
- Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
- Process reimbursements and refunds
- Audit financial transactions and documents
Requirements and Skills
- Preferably with experience or knowledge in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Xero
- At least 1-2 years of experience in an accounting role.
- Preferable a graduate of BS Accountancy or Management Accounting
- Knowledgeable with bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable
- Strong English writing and speaking ability.
- Creative problem-solving skills and logical thinking ability
- Confidence in learning and becoming proficient in new types of technology, including complicated automation technology
- Strong ability to manage time well
