Full job description
Basic Function
- Encodes all sales and purchases related transactions for inventory record and other related sales report.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
1. Accurately and efficiently record all data for inventory and item breakdown report. Knows how to operate QuickBooks.
2. Assures files are saved to back up files.
3. Assures copies of receipts are filed.
4. Submits reports in a timely manner.
5. Reports any inconsistencies and major errors to management.
6. Maintain, keep record and conduct regular inventory count of all goods, items and products under his charge and control and report the same to management on a daily basis.
7. Performs other related that may be assigned from time to time.
