Salary: Php 40,000 per month

Role: (Remote / Full-Time)

Locations: Philippines

Schedule: US Central Time

We're looking for a Customer Support Representative who genuinely enjoys helping people and creating outstanding customer experiences.

In this role, you'll assist customers over phone and live chat, helping them navigate our platform, answer questions, and provide a friendly, professional experience with every interaction.

If you enjoy building rapport with customers, communicate confidently in English, and learn new software quickly, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers through phone and live chat.
  • Guide customers as they navigate our software platform.
  • Answer product and account-related questions with professionalism and empathy.
  • Learn our software and confidently assist customers in using it.
  • Resolve customer concerns or escalate complex issues when appropriate.
  • Maintain accurate customer notes and documentation.
  • Deliver a positive, welcoming customer experience in every conversation.


Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience supporting customers through both phone and live chat.
  • Experience helping customers use a software platform or online application.
  • Excellent spoken and written English with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers.
  • Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Friendly, patient, and customer-focused.
  • Detail-oriented and dependable.
  • Based in the Philippines.
  • Comfortable working remotely with a reliable internet connection.

Nice to Have

  • SaaS or software customer support experience.
  • Experience using CRM or customer support platforms (Zendesk, Intercom, Freshdesk, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Experience guiding customers through software or online tools.
  • Remote customer support experience.
