We are seeking for a dedicated individuals to become a Barrista in our upcoming Seattle's Best Coffee shop located in Tanza, Cavite.

The ideal candidate should have communication skills, a passion for coffee and hospitality, and dedicated

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintaining and showing professionalism, confidence, enthusiastic, and highly receptive attitude.
  • Prepare and serve beverage that meet quality standards.
  • Ensure a flawless service to the highest standards and as required by the company.
  • Provide prompt, courteous and excellent service to all guests at all times.
  • Ensure cleanliness of the assigned café all the time.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education: Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
  • No experience required

SKILLS:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good Attention to detail, high integrity and honesty in all dealings.
  • Ability to work as a team and follow directions and instructions.
