At Your Lifestyle Cleaning (YLC), we're looking for a Service Excellence & Quality Assurance Specialist who is passionate about quality, organization, and continuous improvement. In this remote role, you'll help ensure every cleaning service meets our high standards by reviewing reports, monitoring quality, and supporting our cleaning teams.

What You'll Do

✅ Review before-and-after cleaning photos and videos
✅ Verify that cleaning reports are complete and accurate
✅ Identify missing documentation or areas that need improvement
✅ Provide professional feedback and coaching reminders to cleaners
✅ Monitor quality across residential, commercial, Airbnb, deep cleaning, move-out, post-construction, and facility management services
✅ Track cleaner performance and recurring quality concerns
✅ Coordinate with Operations when follow-up visits or corrections are needed
✅ Work closely with HR regarding performance improvement opportunities
✅ Monitor cleaning supplies, equipment, and product concerns
✅ Help improve SOPs, quality checklists, and training materials
✅ Prepare weekly and monthly quality reports and cleaner scorecards
✅ Support continuous improvement to deliver outstanding customer satisfaction

Schedule
Part-Time (20–25 hours per week)
