The QA Associate evaluates products, systems, and software to ensure they are free of defects and meet the organization’s quality standards through the supervision of a QA Team Lead.

The role is responsible for execution of test scripts for projects. The QA Associate works closely with various departments to perform and validate test cases based on quality requirements. The primary goal is to ensure the end customization, development, integration and configuration project deliverables meets minimum quality standards, is fully functional, and remains user-friendly.

The candidate should demonstrate strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving abilities. They must be able to interpret quality assurance standards and provide accurate, comprehensive feedback to project stakeholders.

KEY RESULTS AREA (KRA)

QA Execution and Communication

• Actively participate in project-level team activities.
• Apply practiced QA principles to improve individual testing outputs.
• Follow and contribute to the Testing Life Cycle and existing QA Frameworks.
• Provide regular and clear updates on testing progress to ensure team alignment.

Documentation and Knowledge Sharing

• Create comprehensive documentation for testing results and project concepts.
• Document knowledge-sharing notes for peer review or project handovers.

Issue and Bug Discovery

• Identify, log, and track issues and bugs prior to production or Client Acceptance Testing.
• Maintain detailed bug reports to facilitate efficient developer fixes and tracking.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Accountancy or a related field. Business Accounting subject is a plus.
• Experience: Not required but a plus if there is experience in quality inspection, auditing, software testing, or project audit. Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Technical Skills:
• Strong computer skills specially spreadsheet, templates, and applications.
• Knowledge in HTML, javascript and other basic programming language is a plus
• Understanding and capability in creating process flowcharts
• Analytical Skills: Meticulous attention to detail and strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Compliance: Experience with ISO 9001:2015 is a plus.

Pay: From Php18,000.00 per month
