Responsibilities

• Provide first line helpdesk support calls for Voice and Wireless/RF Clients
• Point of contact to customer email, call or via our ServiceDesk portal
• Check service/server resource statistics and logs
• Provide guidance over email or phone with end customer directly
• Conduct remote assistance to customer network
• Trigger escalation to appropriate L2 Staff
• Work with remote team members with troubleshooting problem

Requirements

• Strong customer service skills and ability to multi-task.
• Ability to quickly learn and expand knowledge in relevant processes and application as part of day to day.
• Excellent listening, oral, and written communication skills with strong interpersonal skills.
• Possess strong sense of teamwork, integrity, and positive attitude.
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task effectively.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• 1-2 years technical customer support experience.

Work Arrangement

• Work Setup: Flexible Work Arrangement
• Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00-8am flexi time, should complete nine (9) hours work including one (1) hour lunch break

Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php45,000.00 per month
