Poor Professional Advancement for Client-based
I can't feel any professional advancement/career growth. Not recommendable to last for two years because they don't value you as an employee. Client-based jobs lets you work for other companies and they don't care about helping you in your career.

The people were fun and supportive to each and everyone. They always worked together to achieve the same goal. Although it is low salary and less benefits, it is a very nice environment

Productive and fun workplace
Great for freshers and experienced developers, they also have great benefits and learning materials if you want to learn new technology. The people I worked with are also great as they helped me grow in new technology that I havent experienced yet
