I think it depends on your job position at the company. I worked at FH Marikina branch working from 8am-8pm for 6 days and even holidays. Sometimes the OT are paid, often not. Also the duties of your work depends if the "system" to process tasks/accounts whatever you call it, is slow or fast, the connectivity of the network of your PC affects the processing of tasks.
