What is the interview process like at WNS Global Services?

After 3 days, they interviewed me as initial interview and asked basic information about myself and previous companies.
Someone from operations did the final interview and we did a mock call.They take initial interview after passing the interview proceed to take exam, if you pass the exam final interview for the Manager.
The interviewers assigned are mostly the trainers and team leads available on the day of the interview. They focus on comprehension and communication skills of the interviewee. They follow standard questions during interview to hire people according to their client needs.
