Productive and fun
The trainings are good. The heads are kind and nice. Sometimes there are disputes in our wages and we received the disputes super late. Despite of that the company is great.

It's my first time to work with this type of industry. Management is doing good. We manage by the rules. The computer and tools and equipment need to be upgraded as well as the employees. Frontline employees should be given two night sleep rest per week to jive the health insurance benefit. And re-invent the working hour schedule per day (i.e. if there are 100 agents working for 8 hrs is equal 800 hrs per day, to re-invent this is to increase the numbers of the agent and decrease the working hours to six but the operational cost and hours are thesame and the performance will increase.
