Late Salary, LOW SALARY, No formal memos for benefits, No increase, HR not cooperative, Too many work, overloaded NO INCREASE NO INCREASE NO INCREASE.

The company is generous to his employee

For almost 7 years of working I experience a lot of good thing in the company I am working at.working in this company has a lot of benefits .the work environment in this company very healthy.

Productive workplace

Good company. They have a lot of orientations and seminars so you can learn things valuable to your work. Colleagues are fun to be with, but the salary often get delayed.

Productive, so many learnings and seminars

Working at Wilcon Depot Inc. For me is very memorable since it is my first working experience the benefits are good I can't deny that the owner is very intelligent in business and also he is people oriented . Since it is my first experience working I learned that you just have to love your work for you to able to perform your work very easily . You cannot trust your future to anyone or anybody just only yourself. I gain my position thru my hardwork that the president and ceo notice that, he is the one who appointed me in being a data encoder to warehouse supervisor later on to being assistant warehouse manager and lastly his daughter who replace him as a president and ceo notice my ability that's why she promoted me as warehouse manager because they know how I love my work in warehouse.

Overall, it's a good company.

A good company, depending on what department you are in. Good salary, with increase, with allowance. Repititive work. Good work-life balance. That is all.

Compensation not that good

I've so much fun working at wilcon depot. Managers and supervisors are all professional, approachable and kind. Although my agency did not compensate us well. Many hidden charges on our payslip and late salary as always

it's great bat stressful

Wilcon provides great salary and experience but if you're alone. It could be stressful. I enjoy my days in Wilcon. It has great employee's and they teach us very well

Competition in terms of sales but most of my co workers are friendly

Working at wilcon depot is such an opportunity for me because its my first time working on sales and I've learned a lot especially on home products because its a hardware.

they offer lot of good benefits, high salary with monthly allowance, every minute of the job is paid, friendly workmates, clean and saafe environment .

new environment

it's good having 2 days off and have a 1,500 allowance in every cut off. Learned to find a error of transaction of cashiers and multi task. Management is good. Workplace culture some good, others are not. The hardest part: 2 hours travel, and traffic. And your supervisor is not good in helping us

Fun workplace

Good co-workers and we helping each other. Many of the supervisors there are good to all the employee. Occassionally wilcon gives a time to have fun by organizing basketball league

Wilcon Builders Depot is a big company for hardware and all home equipments. This is a very nice company wherein employees are happy working. The workplace is good, clean and organized.
