Second is the examination
Third after you pass the interview and exam it will proceed to the next interviewer which is the manager of marketing ang after that you wait for the final decision if you hire or not. But if you hired the head manager of hr dept wil interview you for the requirements and etc.
The interview process starts in the HR Interview and after you passed it,they will give you set of requirements and after submission of these requirements,they will forward you to your assigned branch.In the assigned branch you need to be interviewed again of the branch manager and afterwards discuss the policies inside the branch.
Their have a normal process.. like the other company did.
