At Wells Fargo people are very flexible.We have different organizations that helps NGO's.We also have different training to strengthen our leadership skills.Receiving commendation calls helps us to be more inspired and help more customers.Working on a graveyard shift isn't that easy,but if you have a supportive and friendly team working is easier.
A typical day at work is speaking with people dealing with some difficulty on their lives and yelling people telling us to stop calling them.
What I have learned in this job is that people would really lie to make you believe they can't pay you. But when you are able to give them the best reason for them to make the full payment then probe. they end up paying.
