It’s not strict, I almost have 30 pto in a year

You can only have a vacation if you have credit points and sup should approve as well as managers or in case of emergency they will give you deduction on your credits. if you don't have credits and you need to leave sup should approve as well as managers and it won't be paid.
We get 24 VLs per year, that can be convertible to cash for max of 20VLs,.and core Leaves for tenured
