The company is good and its management although the salary is per day and No work No pay during holidays. Its good to experience things that will develop your capabilities and challenge your patience in terms of work and co-worker.

Its okay about company not bad so I'm enjoy to do it my job in company the best on my behalf no absent and present every day overtime is okay for me 2hrs everyday in the end my salary is not bad.. enough for me as i single

Too many workloads

So many workloads with a minimum wage.. strict rules, suffocating working areas, cannot work appropriately because of some supervisors that is very strict

Sales promoter is my favorite job because my partners is sociable

A typical day at work is to greet my customer everyday and i learned how to salestalk my customer satisfaction and the management is great.my workplace culture is sm dept store but the hardest part of my job is the complain of customers and the most enjoyable part of my job is whole sale my items and give me money for my sales sstisfaction

Disappointing

The rules and regulations are too strict. The workload is too much, even though there are so many employees. The salary is very low (minimum) the allowance is the only one which increases but just a little.. the training is good because superiors are on hand and nice. But as time goes by, the management will place you in a workload not related to your job description. Super disappointing the fact that the management does not listen to their employees. There are also times that they would have an event scheduled on holidays but they will never make it with pay... some of my workmates are too toxic that they would make an issue and team up then tell something bad about you to the bosses.

Heavy workload, low pay (workload doesn't match the job description)

It was fulfilling & enjoyable at first but eventually they will give you tasks (unrelated to the job), schedule and rules that weren't under the contract you have signed. It will be very efficient if the management will listen and appreciate the employees, employee's concerns and problems regarding work.

customer service provider and easy to learn

company that teach me to communicate with other people including customers and co-workers,i learned about being responsible employee and service provider which i can use in the future, - customer service - inventory/purchase order - seasonal training - incentive based on sales performance - 13th month/cash advance - advancement in growth of career

Bad Experience

I will not recommend this company to anyone. As a fresh graduate I am expecting my professional growth in this company. There are lack of communication between the senior employee and regular employee. Too much regulations. The building facilities are old also. Salary increase is low.

Productive and fun work place

I worked at VKC, Inc. as a HRAD Staff for 2 year, I am responsible for the monitoring of office staff attendance and assisting visitors and employees for their concerns. I'd learned many things from that company like decision making, long patience, and being more responsible. When it comes to management they are be humble and really good to their people they always listening to the concern of their employees, they handle their people with care. Even thou they are chinese they not show to their employees the typical culture or act as a management. Management always put their self to the shoes of their people so they can attached to us they want to feel the employees that the company is not just a company to work but also a company with home and family. being HRAD Staff is not an easy work because you must know to handle people to be patience for all their concerns. Need to do everything just to stay people and fulfill them to their expectations and all the work as being HRAD staff is the hardest part. There is no easy work in all company but if you love your job you can enjoy it and forget that it was hard to learn and handle. For my 2 years in VKC, Inc. I enjoyed my work their, my colleagues and the management. I can say that it was the happiest company that I worked with. I enjoyed everything that I did in that company.

I really enjoyed this job

this job gave me a lot of improvement of myself specially on how to communicate different people in malls and asking for their attention just to listen my demonstration and make them buy, but the most grateful experience was the warmest thank you and smile from your buyers
