non-toxic
Viewer Experience Advocate (Former Employee) - Fort Bonifacio - November 30, 2023
Indeed Featured review
The most useful review selected by Indeedvalor is my totga. i should have not applied to valor right after leaving my prev company who is full of toxicity. I think I brought that toxicity over to valor. valor is good in terms of pay, account, and managers. I felt really respectful towards my TM here who understands that I am a working student. never pressured me at all. it's also a temp wfh. valor is good deal if you're in your right mind.
Pros
Good Team Manager, Salary on time
Cons
None

Fun workplace and career aspirations
Interim Support in Training (Former Employee) - Biñan City - November 25, 2023
A typical day is pretty much chill and busy. I learned since the company is really collaborative. The hardest part is not really the hardest which is dealing with old employees that did not left their old habit from their previous account or job. Enjoyable part would be on the production itself.
Pros
Free shuttle.
Cons
Queueing

great place to start in the industry
CSR - Customer Service Representative (Current Employee) - Laguna - November 11, 2023
The recruiters were nice, as well as the guards, and the place itself. Great place for someone that is working without any experience in the industry yet.

It’s an okay stepping stone if you want growth and development
Workforce Analyst (Current Employee) - Biñan City, Laguna - September 2, 2023
A bit more stressful in operations but work load is just about right in admin departments. They promote within and do lateral transfers. Bonus in some departments takes a while to get approved.
Pros
Free lunch and shuttle for onsite people
Cons
Bonus approval for non operations department; salary increase is not much just about 3%

Work Pressure and Unappreciated
Graphic Artist/Designer (Current Employee) - BGC - August 16, 2023
It's fun working at first here, for a span of 1 week working here it shows how the pressure working with this company specifically in a marketing department. You need a lot of ego and needs to be quick to adapt with prioritizing tasks. I work on a task and then a task came again which is more priority then get's mad at me since the task I am doing first is trashed, then that task would be given to a much more experience senior that is more valuable to the manager herself. How can you work with this manager who's only appreciative with one person.

Management issues
Trainer (Former Employee) - Biñan City, Laguna - August 13, 2023
It was fun working at first here as they offered competitive salary but there was too much politics and corruption. Leaders were mostly powertripping. Management does not accept new ideas. Year 2000 style of working for HR, Recruitment and IT since they are super slow and innefficient. There were salary disputes and issues with incentives.

WFH set up but too much pressure
VIEWER EXPERIENCE ADVOCATE (Former Employee) - Taguig City - August 5, 2023
Too much pressure from the operation. Higher management does not know how to talk to their people in a nice way to make employees get motivated. I hope that not all OM are not like her.

It was alright
Customer Service Representative (CSR) (Former Employee) - Biñan City, Laguna - July 10, 2023
The pay was okay. They didn't really match with my desired salary even though I had years worth of experience. My colleagues were great but the management? Not so much.

Valor is the worst
Customer Service Representative (Current Employee) - Fort Bonifacio - June 1, 2023
NOT ALL but MOST people who are in charge are not professional. With my 7 years of stay, I have seen too many disrespectful encounters. It is a BPO supporting American campaigns but most leaders can't walk the talk in doing EOP! HR favors complains without fact checking and even embarrass people, way too inappropriate. Several termination without due process and repetitive multiple salary disputes, and very low increase. There is politics everywhere but this company is the core. Unbelievably shameless

Medical biller (Former Employee) - Fort Bonifacio - May 30, 2023
What is the best part of working at the company? The best part is when you have a supervisor and an Operation Manger and in general the management is very much kind and understanding when ever you'll need them you can reach them at any time. What is the most stressful part about working at the company? None that I can see so far, you will love working there since up until now it's still work from home. What is the work environment and culture like at the company? the environment and people your working with is very much accommodating and so kind. I swear I am pertaining to my LOB Xifin and as a medical biller. What is a typical day like for you at the company? hmmm what should be my answer on this, since every day working with 5 days with 2 weekends off is fine on my part.

Salary Disputes
Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) - Biñan City, Laguna - April 12, 2023
Valor Global doesn't take good care of their employees. Salary disputes are worst. There is also no transparency to the incentives or performance bonuses.
