Fun workplace and has a sense of family

I'm working as a Customer Care Representative I love the environment especially my supervisor who is very approachable and friendly. The environment is very approachable and you will really feel that you are belong and appreciated. I love my job I love UPS. Even though you talk to many difficult customers the people surrounds you will make your work easier and enjoyable because they will really help you out.

Productive place where integrity is valued

Higher Operations value the representatives well and an open-door policy is implemented, we were very much engaged with our director and managers where it helped us work harmoniously.

Working with this company was a fun-filled experience and managers were very understanding. Co-workers were also great as well as benefits. HR peeps are very visible.

Work is a bit stressful especially when calls are on queue but nonetheless, the company has a good career advancement!

Proud to be brown

I'm grateful with UPS when it comes to benefit and bonuses and the company also practice an open door policy that really makes it a little bit lighter to work with. Even if most of the calls we received concerns most about services not receiving their packages on time with the training given I'm able to empathize, build rapport and help out the customer with their tracking and delivery issues.

You will be compensate with what you work for. Everyone has annual increase, but of course that will depend on your annual individual scores..........
