Everyone is professional.
Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) - Pampanga - September 11, 2022
If you're easily bored at a company that doesn't have a lot of activities, then this is not the company for you. Even the activities are quite boring and not enticing to attend. It's almost always about work, work, work, and hardly able to enjoy the environment since its not lively. But when it comes to support, assistance, incentives and bonuses, all is good and you might regret leaving this good company because of the money. But hey, always follow what you feel.
Pros
Good management, great incentives, very professional coaches and supervisors
Cons
Their standards for higher position is high that even 3-4 yrs coaches hardly get promoted, boring environment

The company was okay and satisfying
Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) - Pasig City - July 9, 2018
Receiving inbound calls about complains with the customers package. I have learn to know the technique how to deal with irate costumers. Workplace culture was defintely okay and observant. The management was okay as well, well prepared. I cant remember a hardest part on my previous campaign, the enjoyable part is when we do activities.

Workplace lacks recreation areas but the salary is very competitive
Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) - Clark Freeport Zone, P03 - February 25, 2015
Spend 9 to 10 hours at the office, take inbound calls assisting customers with their packages shipped through UPS. Learned a lot of things specially in the Logistics business. Co-workers are very easy to get along with. Management is fine but may need to be more aware of their people's concerns and practice people skills. Hardest part of the job maybe is talking the whole shift without any mute buttons available and it's continuous incoming calls. Enjoyable part is the payout.
Pros
Free Coffee
Cons
Queueing

It was such an enjoyable experience to be a part of the UPS company. Enjoyed dealing with freight customers in assisting them with their cargo(s). Helping people with their concern(s) is something I liked doing.
The management is good and very open for growth and improvements. The culture and the people are very accommodating.
The only hardest part of the job is when there are some technical issues in the system.
The most enjoyable part of the job is over times and free time.
