The moment I set foot in the office of TeleTech, I know that this is exactly what I am looking for. From the people surrounding me, the warm welcome of the team, to the work load itself...up to the work ethics and culture inside the organization, I can say that TeleTech is the place to be!My daily routine in TeleTech is made up of countless learnings, relationships being built to last, and rewarding job activities that at first, seemed too good to be true for me. I never had a dull moment at work. My boss values my opinion and my ideas and everyone in the team listened to me eagerly, everytime. I believe, that this job that I have is more than just building a career, it's all about building connections...and going global. It's nice to meet people from different walks of life. Here in TeleTech, there is unity in diversity. I am a Filipino, and I work with Canadians, Americans and people from different races, and I think this experience is continuously making an impact on me. Nevertheless, this company is not just about making money. TeleTech is an organization building better lives for professionals all over the globe. Lack of communication from leadership
Associate Recruiter (Former Employee) - remote - December 3, 2021
disorganized teams, lack of communication, no trust - very secretive. If you cannot trust your team, maybe you need a new team, or a new leader?? TTEC as a whole is ok - support functions not so much.

Great company

Ttec has been a great company to work for. There’s definitely opportunities for you to grown with the company as long as you put the effort on what you’re doing. I wish the pay was better but overall not bad
