  • Well, as a data encoder you need to be proficient with your skillset, most of the questions will be around how proficient you are with certain software applications and so on.

  • For me, during the interview, you just need to be true to yourself, try your best to convince the interviewer that you are good enough and you are qualified to become a part of there team by giving true and just information about yourself. You also need to be committed with what you are saying.

  • Don't be a typo. Always re-review what you make. Be open to suggestions and criticism.

  • Just honesty and Confident

  • You must know the nature of work, the job itself and read the job description. During the interview proper, answer honestly as possible and construct your thoughts. Do not get nervous and make an eye contact.

  • Have a self confidence and be yourself. Just show what you can do and always do your best!
