Outstanding company!

Been working in the company for quite some time now. Aside from gaining experiences, knowledge and new skillset - I also gained my second family. Management has been good especially during the hiring process, never had any issues with my pay and the people that I work with. Will definitely recommend this company to anyone who wish to find success and growth for their career.

TSD Global offers a competitive salary package. Good for newbies and tenured agents. You can be qualified even if you have 6 months BPO experience only. I love the weekly payout and there is no salary disputes.

The pantry sucks . Sleeping quarter has no separation between female and male , comfort room always stinks , production floor hasn't been clean since 5 yrs, management has favouritism, and they will force you to on overtime

Super far from parking and commuter's waiting sheds. Super strict from hallway to training rooms to production to everything. It's just 1 site here in the Philippines but weird things are really unexpected

Good compensation, poor management

Everything in this company will only give you an icing on the cake. Rotten inside. Although the compensation for managers is competitive, they don't really value their regular reps. They are not compensated well.

A bad place to work

We retain the customers who were adamant into cancelling their services. We were entitled to provide promotions even if we do not have any and also make a sale at least 1 in a day.

The people and the management are friendly but professional. The work can be challenging, but not toxic because the people here are easy to approach and will not hesitate to help you. They give good benefits and even with the current situation, the company still gives great incentives to their employees. I feel secured with my job despite the current economic condition caused by the pandemic.
