Good

Toyota, as a company, excels in several key areas that contribute to an overall positive working experience. One of the standout features of Toyota is the strong support provided by managers. Their commitment to the "Toyota Way" and the emphasis on respect for people means that managers are genuinely supportive and serve as mentors, fostering a sense of guidance and empowerment. The sense of belonging at Toyota is palpable, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and continuous improvement. The company's culture values employee involvement, and this inclusivity is a significant contributor to the general feeling of work happiness. Toyota's commitment to employee engagement and open communication makes you feel genuinely valued and involved in the decision-making process.Nonetheless, there's always room for growth, and one area where Toyota could improve is in terms of fair compensation for the job. While they aim to offer competitive packages, periodic reviews and adjustments would further enhance the overall experience for their employees. On a positive note, Toyota is unparalleled in its commitment to learning and innovation. The company provides ample opportunities for personal and professional development, ensuring that employees have access to continuous training and education to stay at the forefront of industry trends and technological advancements.

Very low compensation

Work is Monday to Saturday, only to be paid 9,000 a month. Even the overtime pay is too low. Rules are too strict to the point that it's not reasonable.

Cons: Benefits

During my stay (not sure if still the same), the benefits are only government mandated benefits, and HMO are only given after 1 year of stay. The turnover rate is high.

TMP is a really great company. It has a good work culture, management makes you involved in different activities and improvements. They give a decent salary and the benefits are really good.

Good friendly people

In a typical day we work with good quality and good customer handling. I learned to respect my co-worker not only the higher position than me but also respect all the people surrounds you and also to the customers. Our management in Toyota giving a good benefits for their employee. The hardest part of my job was I performed the work that is not my job, but this hardest part take an advantage to me because I learned a lot of things that improved my ability in work and knowledge. The most enjoyable part on my job was I learned how to be flexible in a work like stressful work.

Productive but too much workload

You will learn a lot of things while working in TAP, it is a great training ground especially for fresh grads and the benefits are great. But the con is that you will have lots of work loads which will require you to render overtime almost everyday.
