IBack then, I were assigned in Digitel Mobile Phils (Sun Cellular). I enjoyed my experienced there. My co-employees were so nice and helpful so that I adjusted easily to there culture.

Student are qualified that's great.

Very Good, I earn a lot of money it seems I can pay my electricity and water bill every month.The training and certifying of station make us easier to work. The location that they give me is so near to our home town. Coordinator are so nice and respectfully.

Pros

Yes, the store will provide for freemeal.

Cons

My hours of work is 7hrs to 8hrs and 1day rest day every week.

Best Agency in the Philippines. i learned more in Clerical works everyday. i tried once Interview the employeea applying for a job desires. the Management are very good in terms of process.

Stressful but enjoyable

When i was a air craft cleaner.. i have learn many thing.. just like cleaning and polishing the exterior and interior of a aircraft.. and we should use the standard and required cleaning materials only. And we also assist the aircraft mechanics.. and i also learn hw to remove the pain..using sander or paint remover..then applying newpaint.

TOPSERVE IS A MANUFACTURING COMPANY. Location - accessible Management - is okay but needs to improve on the handling people to enhance their skills No other benefits for the employees, only government mandated

Productive and fun workplace

I enjoyed my stay at TMSI because the employee's never failed to entertain and help us. TMSI gave us the chance to experience the REAL world. The workers there are really accommodating and generous. They even asked us to join their Christmas party. sadly, their Christmas party was our last day as a worker. But all in all, TOPSERVE MANPOWER SOLUTIONS, INC.. Is great!!

Very productive!

I learned that every single day is the day where you can find different people with different behavior that drives you to have a challenging days workplace is very convenient the hardest part of the job is sometimes you were in trouble and the most enjoyable is you gain smile after you serve them politely and appreciated by your doings.

enjoyable

A typical day at work when is when bulk applicants coming at the same time. I learned how to manage my time specially when it is a busiest day, I learned how to communicate with other person. i learned how to be a more confident to myself because it is my first job. The management, they're friendly, they give what the employee's applicants need. My co-workers are friendly and happy to be them. they also working harder for the good of the company. The hardest part of my job is when the applicants are coming at the same time. Every Monday is the busiest day so that it also my hardest part of my job. the most enjoyable part of my job is when I encounter new people, learning new things and having a new friend.

With good top management

Top management is very eager especially in providing the needs of the employees such us communication allowances,medical assistance, trainings, teambuilding and bonuses depends on the position that you have applied for.

Motivated, Productive

As a Aviation Tourism graduate, i worked before since when i was in 2nd year in College. My typical work is Communicating with my client and costumer we have in my past work. I've learned interms of how i treat a costumer/client, how I gave a responsibility in worked. In Management their's always a chaos what you need to do is know how to handle your work during the stressful work. In a workplace culture you can encounter different kind of attitude and behaviour specially in your co workers what I'm doing is know how to deal with them. The hardest part of my job is when in my workplace they didnt orient the new applicant. the most enjoyable part of my job is when Im dealing with my costumer and to my co workers.

Not good benefits and worse employee concern

They didnt listen to you. They just want THEIR job to be done even if the lower bracket will suffer. They will listen to your concern but doesnt act the way should be.

Always delay salary, The longest delay was 3 days, Payslip isnt on time sometimes didnt process at all

Its nice place

I worked as a service crew/cashier I learned a lot of things like good communication skills Handle bad stress thats why the management liked me so much due to i dont have any problem of my attendance. The hardest part of the job was the availability of the product. The most enjoyabale part of my job was knowing people/guest/customer everyday.
