I had fun working for the company, I learned a lot especially since I had to visit all the branches every so often to see what materials they needed. I learned how to properly coordinate with suppliers and to manage my time and effort based on priority. Management can be quite difficult to work with at times.

Fun workplace

Management is not good. The workplace is fun because you will know a lot of people. Some of the managers are nice. But some of them is not fair. Very boring

While having been in operation for 12 years (at time of employment), its future as a Nike retailer was in competition with other bigger Nike retailers in the country

Productve and enjoyable

A typical day at work is we had always a customer to communicate. i've learned how the correct handling a situation about the customer concerns or request and always says the truth about the item we sold. The management and my colleagues they are all nice and friendly. The hardest part of my job maybe when new items are arrived and we are able to check the prices one by one. The most enjoyable part of my job when we able to met our quota for the month and when i'm being a top seller for a day because our supervisor always recognize our hardship.
