I think as an alumnus, that this is the best private TEI in the Philippines bar none. The co-workers are supportive and understanding, with the best boss I've ever had. The students are typically heterogeneous. Working there is a joy. However, their salary and compensation packages are low, and you have to take tremendous amount of work for the pay to be even competitive. Since this is a college, career growth is not very good. However, for a teacher who would want to start learning about teaching, this is the ideal place to start your career.
Great management, excellent mentors and colleagues.
Low pay and slow career advancement
I learned a lot on how to be a good teacher. It gives me ideas that will help not only me but my students as well, to grow and develop as an individual. Everyday is a new learning that was the enjoyable and the best part of being a teacher. Giving you the energy to teach for the students everyday.

This is the institution where I learned and re-learned mathematics. The College of Education and Mathematics department where I belong taught me a lot of things. Not just about my subject matter but also a lot of things about life.
A typical day at work as a student teacher mold me as a great facilitator and at first it's hard for me to manage the time since we have a strict critic teacher, all together we have a time frame to follow and accomplish some task just like, checking, recording, and computing grades of the students. But, its enjoyable when we make our class a funny and productive one.
