I really love my job there but Gaming accounts industry always have limited lifespan. The job is not stressful after you master the game and personality of the player who contacts. I started to be part of the main queue until I was moved to handle elite players. Players who spends more than $300 a week for the game which requires executive approach (special treatment). The salary is not that competitive but you will love to stay because of the work and the environment.

- I take inbound call everyday- How to be patient with irate customers- the management treat as well- I can easily get along with my co-workers- The hardest part is for customers who escalates the call to a supervisor.- Having party with the whole team
