TELUS Management during Covid Sucks.

The benefits of the company are good, but during this pandemic, you are required to work onsite, though they are offering WFH you have to wait for a long time for your equipment to be available, and during that time you have to work onsite, no shuttle service, and if you catch covid you are on your own.

Receiving a monthly treats.

I have a great working experiences in TELUS, such a good facilities and workmates. The production floor is always clean and every floor does have smoking area.

Challenging and Develepmental

Every minutes count and paid worthily. Learned and wish to develop more in handling customers online. Challenging to meet goals during the low seasons. But encouraging when receiving commendations from the clients.
