About 90% of my experience with TP was all of my nope. You have to wait a year for PTO. Your experience is completely dependant on your supervisor. Either a living he'll or a decent job. Most of the clients I worked for resulted in soaking with hundreds of belligerent customers which we simply had to take. There's no wait time to finish notes in between calls so pray it's a slow day or that the call isn't complicated. The benefits are awful. Like, you might as well not have them. They're too expensive and covers nothing unless you're dying. The only benefit is not having to pay a penalty at the end of the year because they have a cheap option. I loved the QA department as it got me off the phones and with an awesome supervisor.
Pros
Pto, flexible time off, full time hours guaranteed
Cons
Poor benefits, poor pay for the work, belligerent clients

It was an okay place to work. The pay isn't that great and the benefits are okay. My supervisor was amazing, but overall management was horrible. a lot of the other supervisors are lazy and not to helpful. The bathrooms and production floors were dirty. The system would tend to shut down randomly.
Cons
management, positions available, dirty bathrooms
