Absolutely the worst job on earth!

This company uses actual United Healthcare members info while training employees... trainers lie , HR never replied, computers are refurbished garbage, the training consisted of lying to people over 65 and collecting payments, my group was trained for United Healthcare and pulled from the project and moved to Kaiser before ever taking an actual call ... we got trained on how to “popcorn “ and read information we would never use ....the raise was a lie , the program was a lie, training a lie , my advice is stay far away from the company you would have better luck being a mall cop .....turn that shaneil page to another book and Kory wagnor on down to another donGross job application... wanna popcorn it ?

Pros

Free monitor

Cons

Too many lies about everything

Unethical and no Company Integrity

I've worked for many call centers during my career, and this is one of the WORST places to work. However, it is a reliable paycheck. They iffer benefits, take the money from your checks, and refuse to fix their mistakes that now prevent you from using your benefits. Try to schedule an HR appointment, and you'll never get one. Management does not know how to run a call center. Hired for 40 hours a week, cut down to 24 (with the SAME people getting mandatory time off daily). Racism and physical violence are alive and well, hipaa violations are ignored when reported, missing vital info in training and then the trainer blames the class because she was late over an hour EVERYDAY. Then receiving wrong information in production from higher ups that will risk your job... It's a reliable paycheck, and some people move up in the company and do well. Use this job as a stepping stone only...

Pros

Reliable paycheck, direct deposit, work at home / onsite

Cons

Management, very toxic environment, mold, roof leaks
