Never join Teleperformance. Only if you're very desparate for money

I worked for 45 days before I switched to another company. During the hiring process and initial phase of training you might feel that working at TP can not be that bad but trust me, as soon as you start looking for red flags you will find plenty. They start from the entrance gate itself when the security guards treat you like a school kid. Also Management at any level is NON EXISTENT. NO MANAGEMENT WHAT SO EVER. The trainers are probably the only people working freely and enjoying decent work life balance, apart from that everyone from agent to mid level manager they suffer a lot with long working hours and they all work in excessively stressful environment. Micro management starts as soon as you finish your training and go for nesting.Even if you are smart enough to find a way out soon, they will make sure that you suffer even after parting ways, as the HRs working there are useless,lazy and totally unmotivated to do a single task. They will make you run from pillar to post in order to just provide you your full and final settlement and all the relevant documents (What else is HR there for? Lol).So yeah if you think you can take all of that with meagre salary (cherry on top) you'll fit right in!

Worst Company to work for

Supervisors will belittle and micromanage you. HR does not respond when you need assistance. This is the worst company I worked for. I would never recommend.

je travail chez teleperformance depuis quelques mois, très bonne ambiance, les responsable d'équipe sont gentil et essaye de vous aider au maximum afin que vous ayez des bonnes notes et donc, des primesles gens ont l'air de ce soucier de nous je recommande

Do not recommend

As a business, its archaic systems and ways of working means everything moves painfully slow. They don't offer pay rises, no discussion if you are fortunate to get a salary review, with the CEO giving the impression you should be grateful for a job in the current climate. Poor communication from senior management regarding structural changes, not informing clients when people have moved campaigns/out of the business. With challenging campaigns, you are left to fend for yourself. Senior team members, including ops and client services, are aware clients are difficult but do not offer support. Does not feel like you're part of a team, as other departments are quite awkward when you ask for help. If you raise an IT ticket and put it in the wrong place, they tell you its wrong but don't help, as an example.Engagement is a waste of company money and time. Engagement comes from salary, id advise to stop spending money on face masks in the post and give it to employees. No exit interview for staff, so it feels like you've been forgotten and you mean nothing to the company. I'm confident that every employee has seen another colleague treated poorly from Teleperformance. They are not people centric, and to reiterate, a communications company has shockingly poor communication to their employees. To the point of people going sick due to stress and anxiety, then spoken poorly of because of it, or even hassled as to when they will be returning. I'd keep on with your job search :)

TP is with you

If you are willing to waste your life as a customer service agent with no job security and with no-decent salary, then this job is for you, but these kind of jobs are way better than working as a cashier or cook at a fast food restaurant

I do not recommend working here at all run. Managers know nothing no one ever helps. No training provided no help. All they care about is stats you're just a number

Easy call center job with great pay, but no flexibility

Being a call center job, I can say that Teleperformance has one of the best training programs I've ever experienced. You are definitely prepared for the calls you will be taking, and it's pretty simple and easy-going customers. The biggest downfall is that there is no work life balance and they are not willing to work with you on hours if there is something going on in life outside of work. If you're not a college student, don't expect to get your shift change request approved. Even if there is a family emergency.

The teams that we function in are very close-knit. This provides an opportunity for everyone to be able to act as a support system to everybody else in the team.

Good Place

All employees are provided with ample opportunities to share their ideas, thoughts and concerns, if any. There is a hierarchy in place to resolve issues, however, the managers are still very accessible.
