Work on booming technologies that keeps career and prosperity on a higher pace for growthScope for learning is high but no recognitions for the work.
Pros: 1. Work-life balance: You get so much time to complete the work that you could literally spend 1 hour each day at TT court. 2. Lot of games/ functions.Cons: 1. Hierarchy-based structure: E.g. You can't talk to the manager without talking to the lead. 2. Extremely Low CTC: TechM is known for not providing the right hike. You could be there in the company for 6 years with less than 6 LPA CTC.3. No choice to select a project: HR could put you in any project of their likeness. You might be a die-hard developer being put in a support project and can't do anything.

It is great to work there as work life balance is there culture is also good Lots of fun and josh work there .Transport facility available for all shifts
very good place to work and nice support from the team mates also. they are keeping their employees without any restrictions. Interesting to work on different teams on different projects will lead to the better understanding of the team members and the team lead.

Work Pressure will be more at this company. More scope to learn things and grow technically for freshers but hike will be very less and appreciation will be very low.
Overall great place to work but not worthy to the efforts you put in when you join there as a fresher and stay long working with them.The compensation are not that great.

Great workplace to work in tech Mahindra, I have learned lots of things in tech Mahindra and getting good support from the team seniors and work culture is very nice.
Very few projects were in Chennai location. But other locations have ample opportunity to work with. Depending on the manager,the stress and work load differs.

It’s a very bad company to work in. You will face discriminations , dirty politics if you are not a South Indian. Your hard work has no value and no raises in this company. Also it’s a manager driven company where manager will not even search for a project when you get released from 1 project. They will force you to resign.

It is a Multi National Company. I got the role of an Associate Software Engineer. The training for the freshers is rigorous and very well planned though a series of timely tests. Once the training is over, you get to join different teams to work with seniors and help with the project the are working on. As you work in real time though helping them, you will get to learn and implement. There will be meeting and learning session among the team. You also get to go for some trips occasionally as a group, enjoy the outside world by moving out from your Air conditioned cabin. There are indoor games and swimming pool and gym facilitates available to use at a particular time of the day. Overall it is fun working.

A good workplace to learn as a fresher. However, you cannot expect a work-life balance here. I was in an internal department of Techmahindra and was expected to work for long working hours to complete all tasks. I had received the ACE award for the year 2016-2017. However, I was not invited for the ceremony as I had left the organization. Although my award was printed.
More projects but less productive. Less range of technologies and it is effecting the interest of employees. Same repetitve work in project is forcing employees to leave the company.
But there is a job security and better onsite opportunities. .
They don't pay well.

lots of work in friendly and helpful environment with fast response and appreciation from authority.
On a typical day at work i have to work on the daily jobs that has to be performed for the application and also check for any outages or any chance of outage occurrence. i need to check and respond to the emails coming from various clients and also check the data that have to be uploaded. any anomaly of the data may stop the transactions and hence have to be segregated and rectified by asking the corresponding owner of that data. I need to provision the data properly to allow smooth functioning of the servers and add to the good will of the client and their consumers.
