Joining process is very fast not up to expectations. Work environment and infrastructure is good. Not much flexibility for work from home. Only 3 days/month WFH policy. For few clients folks directly needs to report client manager.
Started working recently here. So far so good. We are in the middle of implementing ERP for one of the PSUs in the country. As part of the SAP BW team, we are interacting with the various SAP modules and discussing about the feasibility of various BW reports.
Productive and very impressive work culture.

The Most enjoyable part was hackathon conducted by the company .
Less pay,no hikes, work pressure. no benefits to employees. need to work long hours. weekends also we need to support. so i will not recommend this company

Lack of projects in canada due to which growth is very less.
Salary compensation is way below market standards.
