Pros: 1. Work-life balance: You get so much time to complete the work that you could literally spend 1 hour each day at TT court. 2. Lot of games/ functions.Cons: 1. Hierarchy-based structure: E.g. You can't talk to the manager without talking to the lead. 2. Extremely Low CTC: TechM is known for not providing the right hike. You could be there in the company for 6 years with less than 6 LPA CTC.3. No choice to select a project: HR could put you in any project of their likeness. You might be a die-hard developer being put in a support project and can't do anything.

It's all about customer service. Helping Verizon customers in the US to get the issue fixed and get connected to internet. I always like helping people and talking to people.

Work Pressure will be more at this company. More scope to learn things and grow technically for freshers but hike will be very less and appreciation will be very low.
Its good environment to work and develop skills. Relaxing environment but few things needs to be fixed that you come to know after encountering them. Overall its good expirence.
