Great for learning experience but not the salary if you’re a Fresh Graduate

My first BPO-1 experience lasted for 2 years and 2 months. I gained all the knowledge and skillset that is needed. The very first TL that time was so cool and he taught us all the good stuff. Benefits wise and trainings are superb. But not the salary. Also, the Manila Operations team, sucks.

Great Benefits and Great Workplace

Customer Service Representative (Current Employee) - Fort Bonifacio,Taguig - May 12, 2017

TCS is 1 of the companies who have a good benefits. They have multiple accts and they will really look for the best acct that will suit you. They have this so called "FLOATING" status wherein for example you're not happy to the acct that you have they will try to look for the other accts that has opening and they will sched you for interview (internal transfer) within one month and you will still have your salary however after 3 attempts of getting an acct within TATA, if you didn't pass any of those 3 interviews the company has the right to terminate you
