Very open for internal advancement
Team Leader (Current Employee) - Imus, Cavite - November 27, 2023
Indeed Featured review
The most useful review selected by IndeedI worked as a teammate in TaskUs for a year and then got promoted without knowing any operations manager, etc. In my case, they were really considerate with promoting talents. Pros include more compassionate and people first approach to teammates but cons are relatively lower salary and it's no longer people first when you're a supervisor. They're very kind and understanding with the teammates but still, supervisors get questioned when it comes to attendance, etc.

Fun workplace and fulfilling tasks
Teammate (Former Employee) - Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga - November 29, 2023
Everyone’s approachable, I was able to adapt fast. I’m satisfied with the workload as I never felt burnout. The pay is good and the company cares for its employees. They are responsive to your needs. We had a wellness session weekly which is fun.

Fun Workplace
Teammate (Former Employee) - Antipolo, Rizal - November 27, 2023
A typical day at work is enjoyable, featuring engaging programs like fun and games to ensure every employee has a good time. Learning is a constant, especially during coaching sessions with team leaders, a requirement for performers and non-performers alike. Supervisors diligently check in to ensure everyone is doing well. Whether facing challenges at work or in personal life, supervisors provide support. I experienced the management's attentiveness firsthand when dealing with COVID; they even implemented free daycare to assist with parenting responsibilities. The workplace fosters a strong sense of belonging, staying true to its culture and values. Being a customer service representative isn't difficult if you adhere to the rules and consistently show up for work.

easy leave filing
Customer Service Representative (CSR) (Current Employee) - Ortigas Pasig - November 23, 2023
They have a lot of activities for employees. Not so much compensation. Kind of easy tasks but metrics are quite challenging. They also move people one lob to another in a (really) short period of time.

not people first
Content Moderator (Former Employee) - Imus City, Cavite - November 22, 2023
lack of transparency and limited career growth. Not all people are given an equal chance of getting a promotion. Sometimes, it is all about who you know inside rather than the skills you have

Fun workplace
Customer Service Representative (Current Employee) - Quezon City - November 19, 2023
High salary, good learning and skills training, improved Communication skills, almost all BPOs have good health assistance package for you and family members. Most of the jobs are night shift. Very health taxing when working at night. You will miss family gatherings and events most of the time. Strict rules and must meet metrics no matter what is the cost. Its all about numbers numbers and numbers. You will do everything to please the client or else the client will pull the business out. In relation to the statement above, no job security, client can terminate the contract anytime and loose your job no matter what position you are in.

A fun and not so very stressful environment
Content moderator - Subject Matter Expert (SME) (Former Employee) - Antipolo - November 19, 2023
What is the best part of working at the company? A lot of perks, free meals and easy jobs What is the most stressful part about working at the company? Some members of the management does not seem to embody their culture. What is the work environment and culture like at the company? The culture overall was nice, I could have chosen to stay until retirement from the company if not for some reasons.

Instagrammable workplace
Agent (Former Employee) - Quezon City - November 12, 2023
Salary is on time. Free healthy meal everyday, (but most agents prefer to donate, as the proceeds goes to the charity) SMEs of some accounts are arrogant and not too helpful

Poor Management/Low salary
Management is poor, they don't value their employee. The managers and TL's have favoritism. Aside from this, their salary is not worth it, it was so stressfull working with them.

Good company but poor management

All good leaders are now leaving due to the change of core values Agent are kind and understanding but management is toxic... Trying best to shield my team on the toxicity of the boss and higher operation

I worked in this company for more than 5 years and the workload has been nothing but stressful
Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) - Imus, Cavite - November 2, 2023
I supported a food delivery account and was fairly happy with my supervisors who did their best to cheer up their agents to the best that they can despite being on AHOD all the time. Although we greatly appreciate the efforts that our immediate supervisors did, it still doesn't make up for all the workloads that needs to be catered. Underpaid and understaffed and overworked, that's what the employees in our account experienced everyday. Unfair workload given to each employee but your salary doesn't even make up for it. Management often changes company policy without even giving a heads up to employees, and will give you a memo without further ado for violating said changed policy. TaskUs also practice progressive disciplinary actions which means that there's no cleansing period unlike other companies so they can use it against you even if the case was years ago
Pros
Free Meal
Cons
everyday on ahod, power tripping management, underpaid, unequal work distribution
