The qualification would always depend on the campaign that you'd be profiled for. We have different assessments and different sets of interviews.

Advance skills test
Walk-in and referral from employee
Must have good to excellent communication skills both verbal and written, previous call center as customer service representative background is an advantage (just make sure not have a history of AWOL as they will know it).
Initial interview, basic Q&A about yourself and past work experience. If none, you'll have to talk about your educational background.
Email and analytical online exams, It's very important to pass this part, many applicants go home after not passing (you should know what I mean).
Call simulation very basic.
