For back ground checks, say i declared my previous company, but not the 2 other companies. Would that be okay? Because theres no space where i can put the end and start of the 2 companies ive worked before. If they needed as well the COE i have it hard copy. Would that be a problem?

    They are paperless so they won't gonna accept your copy which is a hard copy.
