Poor Leadership by the UPPER management
Good to start, low offer compared to other competitors. Workload will increase week after week without any good reason and no pay increase. POOR LEADERSHIP SKILLS BY THE UPPER MANAGEMENT. Confidential in Confidential

Its not all fun and games here.
They care too much about branding - even on company reviews on different websites. Toxic Supervisors and Managers. They won't entertain you if you have NO call center Experience. TaskUs is only good if you have 1-2 years of experience. Don't apply here if you have poor communication skills. Work culture is very disorganized so you have to be flexible/ adaptable to changes. Management is poor in decision-making skills. Salary: Not competitive at all, Call center salary is NON-NEGOTIABLE even if you have good experience.Benefits: HMO with 2 free dependents on your 2nd week, Non-Taxable allowance. That's about it. Good if you live nearby to the site
Started with WFH but eventually had to work onsite with no options to stay at home. The salary is below expectations. If you don't live close to the office, the pay might not be enough to cover all your living expenses.Quality Assurance Analyst in Philippines
