Good company culture
They involve you with the company's status, the accounts metrics and other info usually reserved for the management, which is good. They have lots of incentives but may take time for you to receive them. Also, had an issue with overtime pay.

Great company and good benefits
Good benefits but not the best out there. Low salary compared to the market.Interim promotion is not ideal for people managers especially when you're already doing the actual job and paid less.

This company offers the best package an employee can look for. From salary to taking care of your little ones (yes, they have a daycare center on-site!). They also offer free lunch for their employees
